Thanks for stopping by! I’m Katie, a proud Lake County, Illinois native, wife of 16 years, and mom to four amazing kiddos (with three sweet angels in heaven). For the past 10 + years, I’ve been passionate about capturing the beauty, connection, and personality of families, children, high school seniors, maternity journeys, and newborns—through both posed and lifestyle storytelling sessions.

 

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find my family and me enjoying thrilling days at Great America or exploring the great outdoors. If you’ve worked with me before, you know I keep things real—I’m not afraid to say, “I don’t like that,” and when I promise “two more,” it usually turns into ten to twenty more shots! If I give you a blank stare, I promise it just means I’m thinking through pose, lighting, and how to make your images absolutely perfect.
